not_an_issue_but_a_query: Can this be used to automatically word form elements in compatible file?

- I want a program that can convert a word file with tables , blanks and spaces left for image ( physical form that has been converted into a word file) to be converted into a Word file with their word file elements.
- Can this tool do that or I would have to manually replace instances of tables blansk and spaces with form elements.
