Update format syntax based on feedback

Instead of the bracketed notation, use <Expression> { <PropertyList> } notation. For version 1, only cell references and ranges are permitted as expressions.

A:A { bold }
3:3 { red, italic }

In the future, compound expressions will be supported:

E1:G10 > 0 { red, format "#,###.00" }
