[Bug]: scanner results don't show up on rollback versions

What happened?

Noticed a thing -> for the web-ext uploaded addon I also tried a rollback for both channels https://reviewers.addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/reviewers/review/641259 , the new versions (the rollback, v 34.0) has less scanner results compared to version v. 31, it's missing the narc and source-builder results. (I know it's unrelated to the django upgrade but I don't know where to make this note)

What did you expect to happen?

I should check on customs/yara with rollbacks, going to update this.

Another example would be https://reviewers.addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/reviewers/review/640653 but the versions have been manually approved because of being flagged by scanners, so in this case it should be fine for results not to show up on the last version.
