[BUG] Members with expiration date and long permission name are not correctly displayed

Steps to reproduce

using oCIS 8.0.0

1. add a member to any space, with expiration date

Actual behaviour

permission name takes almost all the screen width, and there is no room for the expiration date:

Expected behaviour

Every row should take the same place in the view. Some solutions could be ellipsizing some value, using an extra row...

Go ahead @dataCenter430, please take in account the learnings of 4799.

Also, take in account that is easily reproducible in oCIS 8+, where the long name of that permission makes the bug more visible.

If your user is Editor or Viewer (pencil and trashbin icons are not displayed), there is no margin at the end of the expiration date
