• php-pecl-gearman-2.1.4 (7.4 - 8.4) libgearman removed

• php-pecl-seasclick-0.1.1 (7.4 - 8.4) build is broken, fixed by PR #18
• php-pecl-nsq-3.5.1 (7.4 - 8.4) build is broken, fixed by PR #76
• php-pdlib-1.1.0 (7.4 - 8.4) dlib is FTI and FTBFS, fixed by dlib-19.24.8-3.fc42
