- Add messages_tr.yml with full Turkish translation (576 lines)
- Include warm, natural Turkish translations instead of direct translations
- Add TR enum value to Translation.java
- Cover all command messages, notifications, formatting, and admin tools
- Maintain all variables and technical placeholders in translations
- Provide culturally appropriate and conversational Turkish messaging
