Plans: Fix CIAB plan card storage display and grid support label

Proposed Changes

• Remove storage header badge from CIAB plan cards and show storage as a regular feature list item ("Includes 50/100 GB storage") at the bottom of the list.
• Add woo-hosted-specific "Priority 24x7 support" feature to replace shared "Priority 24/7 support from our expert team" in the comparison grid

Why are these changes being made?

Two fixes missed from the initial CIAB plans page update #109717 per 8kmwTc6HM4GEWS4gvsuD84-fi-2259_30864

Steps:

1. Navigate to CIAB plans page: /setup/woo-hosted-plans?siteSlug=yoursite.commerce-garden.com
2. Verify "Includes 50 GB storage" (Basic) and "Includes 100 GB storage" (Pro) appear as the last item in the feature list
3. Verify support row shows "Priority 24x7 support" (not "Priority 24/7 support from our expert team") in the comparison grid
