Please note that the Co-authored-by syntax is not for the pull request (which will include 3 commits, possibly by different people), but for the commit itself. It is a special syntax defined by GitHub to get correct stats and views.

It seems that your Co-authored-by in the commit was not recognized by GitHub.
Please check the exact syntax in the documentation.

I strongly recommend using Git Fork for the intensive git history rewriting done in IF05.
