This adds a new config option
anyOfAuthors, an allowlist of users to only process the issues or the pull requests for. If the author for an issue or PR is not inanyOfAuthors(assuming it's set), the issue will be exempted. If they are in the list, the issue will continue evaluation.Related issue:
