Propagate encrypted output metadata when writing merged deletion vectors so readers can reconstruct native encryption key metadata with the final file length. Add row-delta and BaseDVFileWriter tests covering encrypted DV merges and the NativeEncryptionKeyMetadata path. Co-authored-by: Codex <codex@openai.com>
