This adds a new "simple" ReleaseSourceType that attempts to fetch an ndjson of this format for looking up versions.
This is currently unfinished as it requires a rework of the axoupdater API to allow setting a simple mirror URL, and ideally to allow for priority/fallback between multiple ReleaseSourceTypes. To do that I would want to basically rewrite the axoupdater API to be more of a proper builder.
