Images are not being displayed (404). Double check the path and check preview before pushing changes

@CodexRaunak the image was displayed correctly in the github readme Link in my branch but the issue come in the local readme preview

This PR addresses the issue where the README.md did not include the standard Layer5 open source project header or footer.
This PR fixes #13
