Note that since the Fedora Live installers are not currently part of any composes this change applies to all versions.

Based on #2209 so we have the default shared erofs options. Keeping as draft until that lands.

So this is a bit annoying, only the fedora 44 live installer on aarch64 is failing consistently; but mkfs.erofs outputs so much data that the logs at GitLab get truncated; thus we can't see what actually goes wrong. I'll try to reproduce locally and also take a look at silencing (some of) the output of our org.osbuild.erofs stage.

Rebased on #2209. Might need osbuild/osbuild#2359 if CI fails again to debug.

Use the newly introduced options to configure the workstation live
installer to use erofs. Matching the `kiwi` produced artifacts in
Fedora.

Now that we have logs available the error that occurs (only on Fedora 44 and 45, and only on aarch64) is:
