This PR adds a unit test to verify that
Version.javafiles are correctly updated by theJavaYoshiMonoRepostrategy when they are not overridden asgenericextra-files.This is related to the issue where
Version.javafiles were not being updated ingoogle-cloud-javarepository because they were configured asgenericextra-files inrelease-please-config.json.Corresponding PR in
google-cloud-javawill follow.
